What we take on, where we work, and how a project actually starts.
What kinds of projects do you take?
Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, painting, drywall and stucco, general repairs, additions, garage conversions, ADUs, roofing, gutters, and other exterior work. If it belongs to the house, we can usually take it on.
Do you only do large remodels?
No. A short repair list and a full kitchen go through the same licensed contractor. You get a written scope either way.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Formix Home is Formix Construction Inc., California contractor license #1149008, based in Pasadena. You can verify the license on the CSLB website.
Where do you work?
Los Angeles County, the San Gabriel Valley, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
How soon will I hear back?

Do you build new homes?
Ground-up homes and ICF wall systems are on formixconstruction.com. Formix Home is for remodeling, repairs, and improvements to homes that are already there.
